This is the William Mulholland Memorial Fountain in Los Feliz. This fountain was dedicated in 1940 to the "Father of the Los Angeles Water System" and the builder of the Los Angeles Aqueduct. The fountain was restored in 1996 and is often called the Koolaid Fountain because of the multi-colored lighting inside the fountain.
